His motto in the kitchen is to have fun and his stamp, the quality of the sustainable ingredients and carefully chosen.

With seven years of existence, La Picantería de Lima has already won the 50best award and is currently among the 15 best restaurants in Latin America according to the British magazine Restaurant.

Héctor Solís brings Moche gastronomy and culture in his blood.  In his 20 years of career as a chef he has been awarded important prizes, including numerous 50 Best San Pelegrino and Summun, and to this day he leads important brands such as La Picantería, Fiesta and ChakupeIt is said that in Peru it has managed to bring traditional Peruvian cuisine to a high-end culinary experience.

His motto in the kitchen is passion, respect and a lot of criteria, and his stamp is the careful research and selection of each of his products, achieving a direct deal with farmers, fishermen, breeders and craftsmen.
